Retail

Retail design is all about brand interpretation – using materials and a colour palette to reinforce brand values. And if the project is within a department store, it’s also about interpreting the brand within another brand, and within the physical limitations imposed by the store. Sounds complicated? Well we work hard to keep it simple.

We’re used to meeting the requirements of fitting out shells, working with existing M&E infrastructures and minimising disruption to trading. We can manage the contract and process, which can be especially valuable to smaller retailers with less experience.

Our aim is to make a strong statement and to pay attention to the details that can make all the difference. When we’re developing bespoke items, our high-end residential design experience helps to save time and money.

We take a personal approach to our retail projects, co-ordinating with client and contractors via regular design reviews. And because our standard methodology includes 3D modelling, the decision-making process is quick and efficient. Which is important because in retail, speed to market is absolutely vital.
