BIM (Building Information Modelling) Consulting

We use BIM technology to develop all of our projects because it delivers proven efficiencies for our clients. DMA are acknowledged leaders in the application of BIM technology in the UK, speaking at high profile international seminars including Ecobuild, Autodesk’s Annual BIM Conference and L’Ordre des Architectes d’Ile de France. David Miller champions the Construction Industry Council’s new London BIM Hub as well as working with the Government’s BIM Task Group as part of the BIM 4SME Group and the CIoB.

From inception, we work in 3D virtual reality using Autodesk Revit software. This gives us the freedom to explore options, communicate visually exciting concepts, and provide accurate cost and energy information to discuss economic viability with our clients. Architectural, structural and services models can be integrated to enable regular assessment of cost, energy performance and buildability. We develop programme and phasing with the contractor for the end user and FM data can also be embedded for efficient management and maintenance.

As Architects and Lead Consultants, we provide full BIM architectural services. As BIM Managers, we also offer new services such as BIM execution planning, model integration and interrogation and quantity take offs, which means that projects benefit from the full power of BIM.
