David McMahon

David’s expertise lies in housing projects in both the social and student housing sectors with a focus on Central London locations. He is responsible for new build and refurbishment projects with CityWest Homes giving him detailed knowledge of space planning standards, the new London Housing Design Guide and designing to achieve Levels 4 and 5 in the Code for Sustainable Homes. He is currently Project Architect for new student accommodation which is under construction for Liberty Living in Camberwell.
